Burnt Barrel Brewery & Distillery Expands Distribution While Growing Whiskey Production in Lake Saint Louis

LAKE SAINT LOUIS, Mo. — Burnt Barrel Brewery & Distillery, an independent brewery and distillery in Lake Saint Louis, continues to grow its footprint with expanded distribution, ongoing whiskey production and a steady lineup of limited releases and specialty barrel finishes.

Burnt Barrel began as a meadery and has grown into a working distillery producing and aging whiskey, bourbon and other spirits in Lake Saint Louis while continuing to make and serve mead.

The company has expanded into distribution, bringing Burnt Barrel products beyond its Lake Saint Louis tasting room and into a broader regional market.

"We've grown a lot from where we started, but we still hear people say they live five minutes away and had no idea we were here," said owner Nathan Price. "A lot of people still don't realize whiskey is being made and aged right here in Lake Saint Louis."

In addition to its core spirits, Burnt Barrel continues to experiment with limited releases, unique barrel finishes and small-batch products. The company also operates a 21+ tasting room featuring craft cocktails, food, weekly DJ Trivia and other events.
